BOSS recently helped Motorola Solutions move, and satisfied customer Julie John had this to say: “The culture, unfortunately, very often is to complain about bad service. Very few take time to commend or compliment good service.
“We commend the guys assigned to assist us at Motorola during the move. They were amazing, always willing to assist, whenever and wherever.
“Even if they were busy with a task, and asked to do something else, it was not an issue. We, in fact, felt like we drove them absolutely crazy – due to the niche type of business we are in, certain things had to be done in a certain way. They always had a smile on their faces and handled our goods with such care and precaution ... as if everything was marked fragile. They were so sincere and genuine and passionate about what they did.
“Nicholas, Jerry and Candice were absolutely fantastic. Also, the guys who packed and unpacked were really great, systematic and methodical, with a fantastic attitude.
"It reminded me of the old saying, ‘Your attitude determines your altitude’. It doesn’t matter what you do, it’s how you do it.
“You really have a wonderful team. All the best to you all, it was great having worked with you.”
