Professionalism pays dividends for BOSS

Constant attention to providing a professional service pays dividends in the long run. This basic business tenet was brought to the fore recently for BOSS when the company happened to be relocating possessions as a favour for a friend who had taken ill.
As they were busy packing her belongings at a local nursery school – with the company truck parked outside – an inquisitive visitor to the school asked if the school was moving.
“No it isn’t,” the staff replied. “We are moving for a friend of the owner.”
On learning this, the woman was heard to reply: “Oh I’ve heard about [managing director] Carrie-Anne Troxler, she’s a very professional lady and BOSS is known as a very professional outfit.”
Senior business advisor Douglas Troxler says, “It’s positive word-of-mouth recommendations like this that vindicate the time and effort we invest in making our business stand out from its competitors.”
