The company completes an inventory before it begins any office relocation, and provides the client with detailed questionnaires and surveys. This assists BOSS in providing its necessary and efficient service.

 

“When moving furniture and selling filing cabinets, it’s easy to forget about the client, especially because we conduct our job when no one is in the building,” adds Troxler. “But 70% of our business comes from referrals, so we must be doing something right.”

 

BOSS has seen a strong growth in its business over the years, and will be celebrating 10 years of office moves in March.
