BOSS has grown and become stronger on the firm foundation of a dedicated and knowledgable team, each of whom is dedicated to improving the company’s standing in the marketplace. Every BOSS team member is carefully selected for his or her natural abilities which allow them to be trained in a number of different disciplines.

Our internal training and orientation programmes provide our team with the confidence and skills they need to enrich themselves, their colleagues, the company and the industry.

Key Personnel:

The key to our success has been the hard work and dedication of individuals who make up the BOSS team. This is supplemented by our ongoing skills and competency training.

Carrie-Anne Troxler (sales and marketing) is a recognised expert on document management, relocation and storage. She is well known for her dedication to deliver exceptional service (22 years’ experience).

Arvind Magan (financial) is a chartered accountant and a seasoned professional in the office services and supply industry. (He has 19 years’ industry experience and is based in Durban).

Petra Ahrer is our logistics supremo allocating BOSS resources for up to nine different contracts daily.

Jerry Mmotla has been with BOSS from the start and is the senior site manager. He has overall responsibility for regional installation sites operated by BOSS.

Max Ndlovu is our senior site manager and controls the critical sites on any given day.

Brian Ramboa runs our daily ongoing relocation and file management services to the South African Revenue Services, TFMC and the South African Reserve Bank.

Hein Gordon is our Cape Town branch manager who recently completed the successful management and transfer of 1.6 million taxpayer files and the complete relocation of SARS personnel in the Western Cape.

Gregory Gomes is a shareholder in BOSS Working.Life, and controls the marketing of Wilkhahn products. He has been marketing Wilkhahn for more than 12 years.

Candice de Klerk performs project management back-up for Carrie-Anne.

Frik Kruger controls the Pretoria branch and the Sasol account.

Kyle Young has intensive project experience and looks after the large projects at SARS and FNB.

Promise Mahlaela is site manager at RMB and FirstRand in Sandton.

David Tserema is Mr Fix It at BOSS and tackles the atypical maintenance challenges encountered on site.

Douglas Troxler is an independent business advisor to BOSS Office Projects, and is responsible for product development and overall best business practices.
