Archiving and records management
Managing information has little chance of success without a reliable programme that meets the needs of the 21st century.
We understand the changing nature of records and information, and have developed an Information Management Framework (IMF) to ensure that corporate and government information is controlled like other strategic government assets.
The IMF report contains 30 recommendations under the following six key areas:
- Managing records in all media: the transition
- Governance and accountability
- Strategic planning and levels of records management implementation across a corporate body
- The records management community
- Policies, procedures and standards
- Streamlining records retention scheduling and disposition
